Facebook is experimenting in beta mode to allow users to text the name of your facebook company page (i.e, www.facebook.com/pages/arisey) to 32665 (which spells 'FBOOK') to become fans of brands.
Currently facebook provides no text messaging tool for fan join purposes. This mobile platform accessibility enables more brand connectivity for the on-the-go and helps brand marketers to build instant fan base, especially during the public gathering, i.e. concerts or events. Lots of possibility for brand promotion. Stay tuned about this new development in the facebook social media marketing landscape.
