With the increasing Twitter popularity in business uses, Twitter paved the way to launch commercial accounts late this year by unveiling Twitter 101, a basic Twitter lingo and best practices tutorial along with a series of case studies to demonstrate how large or small companies use Twitter.
Twitter hopes that more people know how to take advantage of Twitter, the more likely people are willing to pay for commercial accounts, see their blog release.
Twitter case studies cover well known companies like Dell, JetBlue,Pepsi, Etsy, and small companies like CoffeeGroundZ and Teusnerwine.
Although Twitter 101 explains how to use, however it misses the critical part in terms of how to integrate Twitter with third party applications, i.e. TweetDeck or CoTweet to make the whole tweet exprience productive. Contact Arisey if you are interested to learn more.
